Latent class analysis of K-12 teachers’ barriers to implementing OER

Open educational resources (OER) are a cost-effective alternative to traditional textbooks for K-12 teachers provide differentiated instruction at much lower cost. However, have overcome barriers implement OER in their classrooms, especially if cultural and economic factors considered. To help each teacher individual barriers, person-centered approach understand teachers’ of implementing is needed yet absent. This research thus filled the gap by conducting latent class analysis profiles terms using OER. The findings identified three types revealed how different impact effectiveness teaching learning. study provides significant implications scholars practitioners helping settings.
